Intending participants for these events should always ring the contact beforehand to check the detailed arrangements regarding meeting times and places, food, accommodation, etc. Everything possible will be done to keep to this programme, but weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes at the last minute. Ring the organiser beforehand to find out if there have been any last-minute changes. It also helps the organiser to know that you are attending in order to help to arrange transport.


Sunday 27 January. Cycle ride along the Clyde Cycleway to Strathdlyde Park and Chatelherault Country Park. Lunch at the Water Sports Centre cafe. Starting at Bells Bridge.

Sunday 17 February. Meet at Linlithgow railway station, for a short bike ride along country roads to Hopetoun House, a pub lunch in Queensferry and back to Linlithgow via Union Canal tow path. Trains from Edinburgh or Glasgow Queen Street.

Saturday 17 - Sunday 18 May. Joint event with Go-Bike. An 'epic' tour all the way from Glasgow to Inverness in two separate stages - Glasgow to Pitlochry this weekend and Pitlochry to Inverness (Sep 20/21). Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested as I plan to book accommodation shortly and have already reserved some cycle spaces on the 17.56 train back from Pitlochry on Sunday evening.

Saturday 20 - Sunday 21 Sep. Joint event with Go-Bike. An 'epic' tour all the way from Glasgow to Inverness in two separate stages - Stage 2: Pitlochry to Inverness. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested.
