An eight mile walk past a romantic moated hall set in a normally inaccessible ancient park (a favourite retreat and source of inspiration for author PG Wodehouse), a hidden valley gouged out of chalk downland during the last Ice Age, stunning views over the Wash and the Lincolnshire Wolds 25 miles away, descending down to prehistoric Peddars Way to sand dunes, beach huts and, to finish off the perfect day, perhaps the summer show at the Princess Theatre or one of Hunstanton's famous sunsets. Meet in Old Hunstanton church car park and bring a packed lunch.

Sunday 28 September. Meet in the car park of the Haddiscoe Tavern on the A143, six miles south west of Great Yarmouth, for a 7 mile walk. Please bring a picnic for lunch. There will be time for a drink in the pub at the end of the walk. Further details of the walk.
