GOC organises an extensive programme of activities through our many local and specialist groups, you can read about the types of event that we organise on our activities page. All of our events are listed here but events for next year may be limited until the groups finalise their year's programme - the best way to keep up to date with events is to subscribe to our group mailings.

In order to get the best from the events listing you should register on this site and log in as a guest, which will allow you to see the main details of each event. To see full details you need to be a member of GOC (see the Join page for details).
Finding an event
A list of forthcoming events is shown below, but you can also look at our individual group listings or members can use our detailed search to find events by distance and type of event. There is a separate section for regular events held every week or month.
Going on an event
Most of our events are free to come along to, and you don't have to book.
Members can see details of where and when to meet (including a link to an Ordnance Survey map of the start), and the person leading the event who you can contact if you want to find out more.
Guests are welcome to come along and try a GOC event - if you see an event that you would like to attend just contact the group organising it (using our Contact page) who will then give you details of how to come along.
